packages with a fixed entry price
Entry point · performance quick check
- A fixed price instead of a vague hourly estimate
- Free initial analysis before every engagement
- Implementation packages from €490 net
- Monitoring from €59 per month net, cancellable monthly
A compact diagnosis of one page template with the most effective immediate measures. The full performance audit across several templates starts at €1,490 net, implementation as WordPress performance from €490 net, as shop loading time optimization from €2,290 net and as Shopware performance (Community Edition) from €3,490 net. Ongoing Core Web Vitals monitoring from €59 per month net. All prices net plus VAT.
In many quotes, the price of performance work is a black box: a day rate, a rough estimate, and finally an invoice nobody saw coming. We do it differently. Every analysis tier has a fixed price, every implementation package a binding entry price, and before any engagement there is a free initial assessment showing whether the effort is worthwhile at all. This page lists the prices of all our services — from a fast diagnosis through the complete performance audit to ongoing monitoring of your Core Web Vitals. All amounts are net plus statutory VAT.
The pricing model: check, implement, safeguard
All Prices at a Glance
Our pricing model has two levels. The first level is diagnosis: it answers where your website loses time and which measures have the greatest leverage. The second level is implementation: it turns the action plan into measurably shorter loading times. Both levels can be booked separately. If you commission an audit with us and then handle implementation with your own developers, that is explicitly intended — the action plan is documented so that any development team can work with it. Conversely, we also build on an existing audit if the measurement data is sound.
Analysis, audit and ongoing monitoring
Fixed prices for the diagnosis. The no-obligation initial analysis is separate and costs nothing. All prices net plus VAT.

Implementation: Optimization Packages with an Entry Price
The binding fixed price for implementation is set after the analysis. Before that, any figure would be guesswork, because the effort depends on the number of templates, the quality of the existing code, the hosting and the volume of third-party scripts. The following entry prices mark the starting point of each package. Once the quote is issued, the price does not change as long as the agreed scope stays the same — if new requirements arise during the project, we calculate them transparently as an addendum.
Optimization packages by system
Fixed price after the analysis. The entry price applies to a clearly defined scope; size and starting point determine the final sum. All prices net plus VAT.

What Determines the Price
Two websites on the same system can differ by a factor of five in optimization effort. What matters is not page count or revenue but the technical starting point. A well-maintained installation with a staging environment, a current runtime and a documented theme can be optimized quickly and with little risk. An installation that has grown over years without a deployment process first needs order before speed can emerge at all. The overview below shows which factors move the price in which direction.
| Factor | Price towards the lower end | Price towards the upper end |
|---|---|---|
| Number of page templates | 1 to 3 templates | 10 or more templates with special cases |
| System access | staging environment and version control in place | live system only, no deployment process |
| Runtime environment | current PHP or Node version, modern web server | outdated environment, migration required |
| Third-party scripts | few, cleanly and asynchronously embedded | many tags grown over the years |
| Image inventory | manageable, centrally maintained | tens of thousands of media files without a pipeline |
| Theme and custom code | standard theme with few adjustments | heavily customized theme without documentation |
| Objective | green Core Web Vitals in the field | additional hard budgets for every template |
We Calculate by Impact, Not by Wish List
Every measure from the analysis is sorted into a grid of effort and expected impact. The fixed price covers the high-impact measures — the inexpensive ones first, then the demanding ones. Measures without measurable benefit are deliberately left out, even if they appear on standard checklists. That keeps the price low and the effect high.
- Do now: compression, cache headers, modern image formats
- Plan: theme rebuild, database, change of environment
- Defer: effort without measurable time savings
What Every Fixed Price Includes
Whichever package you commission, certain components are always part of it. They are not an add-on but the prerequisite for proving what the work actually achieved.
Measurement Before the Start
We document the initial state with lab data and, where available, with real user data from the Chrome User Experience Report. Without a clean baseline there is no sound comparison later.
Prioritized Action Plan
Every measure is sorted by expected impact and effort. You see which step delivers how much — and can decide at any point where implementation ends.
Implementation in a Test Environment
Changes are created in a staging environment first and go live only after review. Where no staging environment exists, we set one up as part of the project.
Before-and-After Report
After implementation we measure with the same tools as at the start. You receive a comparison of all relevant KPIs that you can also present internally.
Backup and Rollback Path
Every intervention is preceded by a complete backup, every change is versioned and reversible. Should a measure show unexpected side effects, the way back is documented.
A Fixed Point of Contact
Throughout the project you talk to the same person who also does the technical work. Questions do not go through a ticket queue but straight to us.
Which package fits your website?
Send us your URL. You receive a free initial assessment of your loading time and a clear recommendation on which tier makes sense for you — without sales pressure.
Fixed Price Instead of Hourly Billing
With time-and-materials billing the client carries the risk: the longer the troubleshooting takes, the more expensive it becomes. With a fixed price the provider carries it — and therefore has a genuine interest in a clean analysis before the first change. That is exactly why the analysis is a separate, clearly priced tier for us and not a side task. The comparison below shows the three routes companies typically take.
Three models for paying for performance work
Compared factually — every model has its place, but different risks.
Time and Materials
- The final sum is only known after the project
- Lengthy troubleshooting drives up the cost
- Internal budget approval is hard to justify
- Flexible when the scope is unclear or growing
Tool Subscription Without Analysis
- A tool measures but does not fix the cause
- Recommendations stay generic instead of system-specific
- Recurring costs without a one-off leap forward
- Inexpensive entry point for pure observation
Fixed Price After Analysis
- The price is set before you commit
- Analysis and implementation are bookable separately
- Measures prioritized by impact and effort
- Before-and-after measurement as proof
- Monitoring optional and cancellable monthly
From First Conversation to a Binding Quote
Between your enquiry and a sound price there are usually just a few days. The process is the same for every project, regardless of size and system.
Free Initial Analysis
You send us your URL and your goal. We measure the most important templates, classify the values and tell you openly whether and where optimization is worthwhile. This assessment is free and without obligation.
Define the Scope Together
In a short conversation we clarify system access, the staging situation, critical templates and internal dependencies. This is where it is decided whether a quick check is enough or a full audit makes sense.
Binding Fixed-Price Quote
You receive a written quote with a clearly described scope, a fixed price and a timeframe. What is not in the quote is not invoiced either.
Implementation with Interim Updates
We work through the prioritized measures and report interim results. Every change is checked in staging before it goes live.
Acceptance and Re-Measurement
After going live we measure again and hand over the before-and-after report. On request, monitoring follows so that regressions are noticed early.
How Scope and Price Come Together
The following examples show how typical starting points affect the choice of package and the price level. They are anonymized and illustrative — your concrete price is always set after measuring your own pages.
Starting point, package and result
Anonymized project examples (project experience), illustrative. Prices and results depend on the starting point, system and scope.

Payment, Terms and Cancellation
One-off services such as the quick check and the audit are invoiced after the report is delivered. For implementation projects in the mid four-figure range and above we usually agree on a partial payment at project start and the remainder after acceptance. Ongoing Core Web Vitals monitoring is billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly — there is no minimum term and no automatic extension beyond twelve months.
If you look after several domains or clients, we combine monitoring and recurring measurements into a single report. For agencies and IT service providers we work in the background on request and deliver reports you can pass on under your own name. Get in touch about this via the contact page. How we work and who is behind it is described on the about us page; typical project pictures can be found in our references.
