What thresholds apply for good Core Web Vitals?

Google defines three assessment levels for each metric: LCP is considered good below 2.5 seconds, needs improvement between 2.5 and 4.0 seconds and poor above 4.0 seconds. INP is good below 200 milliseconds, needs improvement between 200 and 500 milliseconds and poor above 500 milliseconds. CLS is rated good below 0.1, needs improvement between 0.1 and 0.25 and poor above 0.25. Measurement is based on the 75th percentile of real user data, meaning the value experienced by 75 percent of your visitors.
