Loading speed, web and servers
third-party script
Definition
A third-party script is program code that a website loads from an external service, such as analytics, advertising, chat or consent requests. Such scripts load additional data from external servers and use processing time in the browser. They can noticeably affect load time and responsiveness without the operator controlling their content.
