How do I measure the success of a performance optimization?
Answer
We measure success against concrete, objective metrics: Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) in before-and-after comparison, the change in PageSpeed score, TTFB improvement, reduction in page size and number of HTTP requests, and after a few weeks, the impact on business metrics such as bounce rate, time on site and conversion rate. Every project concludes with a documented final report that transparently breaks down all measurable improvements.
