What does a typical performance optimization project look like?

Every project begins with a comprehensive performance analysis: we measure the current state of all relevant metrics, identify the biggest bottlenecks and create a prioritized action plan. During the implementation phase, we work through the measures ordered by effectiveness, with each change tested on a staging environment. After completion, we document the improvements achieved in a final report with before-and-after comparisons of all metrics.
